6) Respect All Fear None
We often get frustrated when we could not act or speak out in a certain situation or to a certain person .These step is very important for that type of situations.So speak out but politely.Most of the problems get solved only by talking to each other. Draw a line of tolerance between you and others.Speak out if someone trespass the line.Respect All Fear None- My favorite slogan..
For e.g – If you think you are working hard for your company but still not getting any promotion or accolades, you have full right to speak to your boss and know the reason. Don’t assume things.Talk to the person and clear your doubts.Things will be much more easier and clearer to plan for future.
7) Don’t Forget But Forgive
Well, frustration can happen due to many reasons.One of those reasons are – difficulty to forget a bitter experience in life. We all have some or other bad experiences in life, thinking of those bring frustration. So What is the solution??..
Do you know our mind is like a computer which has a huge data storage capacity.Have you ever thought How we fall in Love??..The poets and writers will beat me up for saying this, but falling in love is also a beautiful creation of our mind. It’s a huge subject itself and I will describe it..comment down below if you want me to describe in coming post.
But the underline here is, everything is a creation of our mind , so occupy your mind with something which makes you more happy and content.Try new hobbies, classes, cooking,singling anything which keeps your mind engaged.Its hard to remove someone or something which had a strong impression on our mind. So, don’t try to Forget that bad experience, keep it as it is but pile up good thoughts and experiences on top of that. Gradually, the Negative thought will fade away.
8) Meditation
Meditation is very good to get rid off frustration and Negative thoughts. You will find the Way of meditation in this post : Meditation–A way to healthy balanced mind.
This is such a good practise. Your mind will stabilize and calm down , helps you to focus on your ultimate goal.
9) Take Up the Challenge
Now as you are in full enthusiasm,motivated and full of positivity, take up the difficult life challenges like a champion.You know you can because you fought and won this battle many times before.Start with double energy and enthusiasm than before.
10) The Magic begins
And now the magic begins.You will see all the reasons and issues which were giving you negative feeling or made you frustrated suddenly turns into positive thoughts and motivations.The reason is, your subconscious will process whatever you feed it.As now you are feeding it so many positive dose of thoughts, It again expands its branches and picks up anything and everything positive in your life and motivation to achieve your task.
